Welcome to Brightspaths Football Academy ("Brightspaths," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering, enrolling, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our programs.

Children must meet the required age group for each program.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information during registration.

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.

Fees are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Missed sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Players must respect coaches, teammates, and facilities.

Parents and visitors are expected to maintain a supportive and positive environment.

Any form of bullying, disrespect, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension without refund.

Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions.

Brightspaths is not liable for injuries that may occur during training or matches, except in cases of proven negligence.

Players must wear appropriate sportswear and equipment.

We collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used only for registration, communication, and safety purposes.

Brightspaths is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Participation in sports activities carries inherent risks, which parents/guardians accept upon registration.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept any updates.
